Read42z is an AI-powered reading assistant that provides:

  • Deep reading mode with AI-assisted comprehension
  • Smart highlighting and note-taking capabilities
  • Cloud storage for documents and reading materials
  • Cross-platform synchronization
  • Reading analytics and progress tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Free Trial

We may offer free trials of paid features. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT42Z SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent42z, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
